While staying at Ramada Hotel and Suites at Lough Allen we will cater for your every need; so also for your physical wellbeing, whether you prefer indoor or outdoor exercise, a light or strenuous fitness regime it can be arranged!

Our Leisure Centre is equipped with the latest cardiovascular and resistance training equipment and is manned by highly knowledgeable and motivated staff, so you can be assured of receiving the best treatment.

Our Children's swimming times are as follows: 

Monday to Friday - 10am to 12noon and 3pm to 6:30pm

Saturday and Sunday - 9am - 6:30pm
